COVID-19 Everyday Prevention Actions The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is working to help keep you and your community safe from the threat of novel, or new coronavirus. Take the following everyday steps to help avoid the spread of all respiratory viruses: • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, throw the tissue away, and then wash your hands. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects or surfaces such as remote controls and doorknobs. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. • Stay home if you are sick. Call your doctor if you develop fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

PAYMENT POLICY - No Charge Basis
Health services are provided and billed by the Clinic. Our services are no charge fee basis for our clients. Emergency services varies by standards of procedure. Every client is sent a bill with no charges or fee charged for audit purposes and measures of service.

We will be able to file a claim on your behalf, including no charge submissions. However, we can provide you with a copy of the form for your records. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible for emergency services should not exceed five dollars.
