Health plans which we accept:

PAYMENT POLICY - No Charge Basis

Health services are provided and billed by the Clinic. Our services are no charge fee basis for our clients. Emergency services varies by standards of procedure. Every client is sent a bill with no charges or fee charged for audit purposes and measures of service.

We will be able to file a claim on your behalf, including no charge submissions. However, we can provide you with a copy of the form for your records. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible for emergency services should not exceed five dollars.

No Charge for Services
Emergencies - All health plans acceptable, should charges occur fee is at $1.00 to 5.00 when necessary by federal regulations.

Making Life Smile Organization provide adults, teens and children, including elders a way to express their concerns for their place in the family spectrum of finance and the opportunity to learn beginner information in accounting and the emotional aspects of change in finance within the family home.
