ABOUT US
Importance of the program is to contribute to the gifted programs in the areas of math and science beginning scholars as productive measurement in determining factors to improve the areas of math in intelligence, other areas of contribution are government in public administration and public policy. The foundation began in 2005 with a private allotment self funding efforts to give back to society as I have received as a gifted child in math and government of 1978 in the State of New Mexico. The support and efforts of my mentors in government and public health, including accounting and insurance has guided my achievements into Government and Contracting with success starting with a pen and belief of my government supporters.

Charitable donations bank account is pending arranged monitor with staff pending at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, private funds of the owner. MISSION STATEMENT

Making Life Smile Organization provide adults, teens and children, including elders a way to express their concerns for their place in the family spectrum of finance and the opportunity to learn beginner information in accounting and the emotional aspects of change in finance within the family home. This is the Alternative Healing in Spending with system of the Four File Folders are the stages of Pre-management for children and teens, Reorganization skills for adults and Managed skills of the elderly beyond the expenses of their home.
